We can make a variety of cheesecakes  but we definitely have a few that we specialize in.

White Chocolate Raspberry

Our signature flavour cheesecake: An Oreo cookie crumble crust, 2 cups of white chocolate melted & mixed with the cream cheese. A fresh raspberry coulis is layered into the filling as its poured. Added in two different stages to ensure maximum flavour throughout. 

Topped with fresh raspberries, drizzled in chocolate, more raspberry coulis, and finally topped off with white chocolate shavings .

Ferrero Rocher/
Chocolate Hazelnut

Best made with a Oreo cookie crust, this cake features chocolate hazelnut spread out within the cheesecake, added in two layers.

This heart shaped cheesecake has chocolate hazelnut ganache swirls, Ferrero Rocher balls, Ferrero Rocher white chocolate & dark chocolate squares, & toasted hazelnuts to finish it off. 

This is the over the top, maximum effort (expensive) version - you could option this cake with all, some, or none of the extra toppers

Mini macarons are perfect for baby shower photoshoots, as cupcake toppers, in combination with regular size on a cake, or just as a treat to make you feel like a giant.

We offer two different options for crusts on our NY style cheesecakes:

Oreo Cookie Crumble Crust - We prefer this crust because it usually just tastes better regardless of your flavour choice. We are also able to offer this crust as a gluten free option.

No Bake Cheesecake

A no-bake cheesecake is a creamy, mousse-like dessert that uses a chilled cream cheese filling instead of one that is baked. It features a graham cracker or cookie crust and sets in the refrigerator, making it a simpler and more foolproof alternative to traditional baked cheesecake.

Unlike regular cheesecake, no-bake cheesecake isn’t overly heavy. It’s lightly sweet and perfectly refreshing - but be warned - it's something you either love or hate

Japanese Cheesecake

Japanese cheesecake, also known as soufflé or cotton cheesecake, is a very light, fluffy, and subtly sweet cheesecake with a jiggly, cloud-like texture. It is made by incorporating whipped egg whites into the batter, giving it a texture similar to a cross between a sponge cake and a cheesecake. 

This results in a cake that is less rich and dense than its New York-style counterpart. It is often compared to a soufflé when fresh or a light chiffon cake when chilled

Full size or mini, French macarons are a very popular cupcake topper choice. They give the cupcake a little more height and something extra for guests to enjoy. 

Macaron flavours can match the cupcakes or be completely different and you can add some gold leaf to the cupcake, the macaron, neither, or both! (min. order is one dozen (12) cupcakes)

Customizable flavours and colours to match your wedding theme and style. We make all of our flavours from scratch using fresh ingredients. Some flavours are seasonal due to the availability of fresh ingredients. Custom flavours can always be requested and we will confirm whether or not they are possible.

*Pricing is subject to change as ingredients and gas are becoming more expensive. For now we remain competitively priced in the market

Our the minimum order is one 8″+ cheesecake or four 4″ cheesecakes (personal sized, maybe two people)

For cheesecakes we are not offering delivery at this time unless they are part of a wedding or larger dessert table for an event

Delivery will be subject to availability as we have many pre-booked wedding commitments
