Tasting
We normally do four formal tasting boxes a year:
Once around Valentine's Day/ early March for people who want to book early to secure and guarantee their date
Once in late April/early May
Once at the end of June or the beginning of July for potential Last minute Fall bookings (depending on weddings as it is the height of the wedding season so sometimes this one doesn't happen)
And once in the Fall for any Winter weddings (Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day) and for those who want to put down a deposit for their wedding the next summer
However, we often do weekend cupcake boxes and our boxes for special/holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day Box) often contain multiple flavours and can be used as a pseudo tasting box in between especially if one contains a particular flavour you are looking to try

Cake Tastings
Cake tasting boxes contain slices of cake in different flavours. Flavours are subject to change, influenced and prioritized by booked weddings (i.e. if a booked wedding wants to. try our carrot cake, we will include a carrot slice in the next tasting box)
The number of cakes slices vary and are priced accordingly

Along with the cupcakes is a box of six (6) French Macarons in three (3) different flavours to share with your partner as part of your tasting

Sometimes we will do tasting boxes in the form of cupcakes, often, due to time contraints. contain 6 cupcakes of different flavours

Flavours
Flavours are based on what the majority of brides are ordering/planning on ordering. Flavours will change from tasting box to tasting box. Prices will also vary based on the cost of flavours in the box
